As long as the goods have not been shipped, customers are allowed to cancel their order at any time. If the order has been shipped, the goods may be returned in their original packaging within 10 days after receipt providing they are unused and in perfect condition at customers expenses. Kindly inform us previous to returning via email (retour@fabilo.ch) to permit us to credit your account without delay. You get Emails from our shopsystem, informing you if the return-process can go on.

Should the goods have become damaged during transport, kindly inform us within 24 hours via email (retour@fabilo.ch) and return the parcel including packaging to the post office branch which supplied you.

Reservation of Proprietary

Goods remain propriety of Fabilo GmbH until such time as they have been paid for in full. Court of jurisdiction is CH-6210 Sursee.

Credit/return of payment policy

If the order has been paid and shipped, we will send you a credit note for another purchase at Fabilo International GmbH

If the order has not been shipped and only paid, we will pay the amount back, on the same way as we received the amount (bank wire transfer or Paypal/Moneybookers).

In any other case the returning of payment is only possible, if Fabilo International GmbH is responsible for the error.
